The HCarb Marine Solution is actually easier to install in a maritime setting. In typical engine rooms, space is less limited and a larger reservoir can be included compared to heavy vehicles. This significantly reduces time between reservoir refills.

Maritime operations don't have the luxury of "clean" fuel. HCarb Marine is specifically designed to handle the high-soot environments created by heavy marine oils.

Heavy marine fuels, such as MGO (Marine Gas Oil) or especially HFO (Heavy Fuel Oil), contain significantly higher concentrations of long-chain hydrocarbons, sulfur, and impurities compared to road-standard diesel. This leads to a more aggressive and rapid accumulation of carbon deposits.

In trials we saw savings of >20%. The reason? Because marine engines have more carbon to clean, the "chemical scrubbing" effect is far more dramatic.
